Mindfulness Utah is a network of qualified and certified MBSR instructors and other mindfulness resources available to the public.

During this difficult period of COVID-19, we are wishing you all and your loved ones peace and health. The great poet Hafiz wrote: “Need brings us together; that makes need sacred.” The “perverse blessing of this time” is that this is the soil out of which we grow the crop of love, connection, clarity, creativity, wisdom, and intelligence. In that spirit, we’ve created a list of resources for adults and youth that we hope will be of benefit.
