Tai Chi is a Chinese Internal Martial Art that can deepen one's capacity for grounded, centered presence, and lightness, balance and ease in movement.

Carl Rabke has been studying Tai Chi for 20 years and was asked to teach in 1999. His teaching emphasizes the embodiment and integration of tai chi principles into everyday movement and life.
