Mindfulness Group for Teens


Using the Learning to Breathe Curriculum as its basis, this mindfulness group will offer teens a chance to unwind, learn core mindfulness skills that help reduce stress, and build coping skills that will last a lifetime.  This group is co-facilitated by Emily Haygeman, PhD, Licensed Psychologist and Michelle Walker, BA, Certified Teacher. Class meets Monday evenings starting April 22 and the cost is $250 through Wasatch Learning and Wellness.
