Mindfulness Groups for Youth Ages 10-13 and 14-17

Using the Learning to Breathe Curriculum as its basis, we are offering two mindfulness groups for ages 10-13 and 14-17. This course will offer teens a chance to unwind, learn core mindfulness skills that help reduce stress, and build coping skills that will last a lifetime.  This group is co-facilitated by Emily Haygeman, PhD, Licensed Psychologist and Vicki Overfelt, MA, Certified MBSR Instructor. Classes are sponsored by Wasatch Learning and Wellness and will meet Thursday evenings beginning October 3rd and will be held at 21st Yoga in Salt Lake City.
