Eating Mindfully: One Bite At A Time


This course is offered by Amy Edwards, Certified Medical Health Counselor. During this 7-week program, one will have the opportunity to explore one’s relationship with food and eating. Observing, with compassion, our patterns of emotional eating or stress eating through mindfulness practices, can help us positively shift our relationship to food and ourselves.
