Charlotte Bell Charlotte, founder of the Mindful Yoga Collective, has been practicing yoga since 1982, and began teaching in 1986. Certified by B.K.S. Iyengar in 1989, she has established and taught regular classes along Utah's Wasatch Front, and in California and Hawaii. She has taught at national conferences and international teacher trainings. A 30-year practitioner of mindfulness meditation, she holds a monthly sangha at Mindful Yoga Collective on the first Sunday of every month, and teaches introductory series on mindfulness and the brahma viharas. In addition to teaching yoga and meditation, Charlotte writes feature stories for Utah publications, including Catalyst magazine and for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. She currently serves as blog editor for Hugger Mugger Yoga Products and Yoga U Online.  Author of two books, Mindful Yoga, Mindful Life (Rodmell Press, 2008) and Yoga for Meditators (Rodmell Press, 2012), she is currently working on a book on Yoga for Healthy Hips. A lifelong musician, Charlotte plays oboe and English horn in the Salt Lake Symphony and the folk sextet, Red Rock Rondo.
