Are you tired of pushing yourself beyond your limits?

Do you feel stuck in an unsustainable pace of life?

Are you looking for a community that supports and encourages rest?

Join us for this community launch of REST: Ready to End Stress and Trauma, a precious opportunity to begin the deep work of reclaiming your right to rest. Short breaks of rest amidst endless tasks and expectations is like applying a band-aid to a cancerous tumor. Instead, we can reorganize our lives so that rest is the central force from which all other activity arises.

In this launch session, we will explore what it looks like to begin unearthing and dismantling the underlying habits and beliefs that keep us in a persistent, frustrating cycle of burnout and dis-ease. This is a chance to consider taking on the deep internal shift to rediscover your freedom in this moment--your freedom to choose rest instead of stress.

Why REST instead of stress? Stress robs us of our clarity, creativity, and courage. Post-traumatic stress also robs our sense of safety. When our body is in a chronic state of pain and hypervigilance, no place or space in the world nor moment in time is ever ours to savor. We're left in a constant thirst for more, despite what we own, where we travel, or what we achieve. Despite how hard we work. Above all, a culture that perpetuates stress & trauma robs us of our connectedness to each other, which, as a huge body of research has shown, is what we need most to truly have rest.

But if you're reading this, you know that already, don't you?

In this session, we're stepping past "self-care" and moving into the courageous realm of "all of us care."
