VICKI OVERFELT received her Masters of Arts in Education with an emphasis in educational administration from Columbia University, Teachers College. BECCA PETERS, is a southern California native who has called Utah home for nearly 20 years where she lives with her husband and daughter. In addition to owning a private psychotherapy practice she works as an organizational consultant, and as an educator in the fields of Mindfulness, Meditation and Compassion. CHARLOTTE BELL, founder of the Mindful Yoga Collective, has been practicing yoga since 1982, and began teaching in 1986. Certified by B.K.S.
