FELDENKRAIS AND EMBODIED LIFE
The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic educational system designed by Moshé Feldenkrais (1904–1984). Feldenkrais helps to improve one's quality of movement, overall physical function, and general well-being through cultivating awareness, discovering habits, deepening attentional flexibility, re-awakening the capacity to learn as long as one is alive.
The Embodied Life is a powerful system of human learning and transformation developed by Russell Delman that draws on three influences: Embodied Movement (based on Feldenkrais) Embodied Mediation (based in the Zen practice of shikantaza) and Embodied Inquiry (based on Focusing and other practices of self-reflection)
